Initial Contact
Briefly describe your matter and the legal assistance requested through the contact form.

Clarifying the Engagement
If the attorney can take on the matter, the scope of assistance and terms are agreed.

Identity Verification
Following an invitation from the attorney, provide information and documents through the identification form. The attorney performs the necessary checks and reviews the completed declarations.

Agreement, Power of Attorney, and Commencement of Work
After the attorney's approval, the documents are provided for signature. Work begins only after the agreement for legal defense and assistance and the power of attorney for legal representation (pursuant to Article 93(2) of the Bulgarian Criminal Procedure Code) have been signed by both the attorney and the client, and the agreed attorney's fees have been paid in full in advance.
Payment for remote engagements
The legal fee is payable in full in advance, on the basis of an issued pro forma invoice, by bank transfer to an IBAN specified in writing by the attorney or by bank card through an online POS payment link provided by the attorney.

Written Legal Consultations by Electronic Means
Written legal consultations are provided electronically within 24 to 72 hours after the conditions for commencing work have been fulfilled and the necessary materials concerning the matter have been provided.
Preparation and video platforms
The platform and access requirements are agreed in advance. Please arrange a stable internet connection and a suitable place for the conversation.
When you are outside Sofia or Bulgaria
You can discuss your case, exchange documents, and arrange an engagement remotely, including when subject to a national or international search.
Any requirement to attend personally before a competent authority under the applicable procedural rules remains in effect.
In-person consultations and accessibility
In-person consultations take place only at the office in Sofia, 1a Vitosha Blvd., first floor, office 149, on a date and at a time agreed in advance and confirmed in writing.
For persons with disabilities or limited mobility, it may be possible to arrange an on-site visit. Availability, location, and terms are agreed separately with the attorney.
In-person consultations take place privately with the client to protect professional confidentiality (Article 34(1) and Article 45 of the Bulgarian Bar Act). Third parties may attend only by prior arrangement with the attorney when requesting the consultation. Any necessary participation by a legal representative, interpreter, or person providing assistance because of a disability must be arranged when requesting the consultation.
