If the matter can be accepted, the scope of assistance and terms are agreed.

Work begins
Only after signing a legal services agreement and power of attorney, and paying the agreed legal fee in full in advance.
Payment for remote engagements
The legal fee is payable in full in advance, on the basis of an issued pro forma invoice, by bank transfer to an IBAN specified in writing by the attorney or by bank card through an online POS payment link provided by the attorney.

When you are outside Sofia or Bulgaria
You can discuss your case, exchange documents, and arrange an engagement remotely, including when subject to a national or international search.
Any requirement to attend personally before a competent authority under the applicable procedural rules remains in effect.
In-person consultations and accessibility
In-person consultations take place only at the office in Sofia, 1a Vitosha Blvd., first floor, office 149, on a date and at a time agreed in advance and confirmed in writing.
For persons with disabilities or limited mobility, it may be possible to arrange an on-site visit within Sofia. Availability, location, and terms are agreed separately with the attorney.
